A comfortably furnished 4 bedroom cottage seconds away from the promenade. The cottage has been extended to the rear and into the attic and offers suprisingly spacious family accommodation.
All the amenities of Mumbles are within easy walking distance and for those wishing to explore Gower this is an excellent base .
Accommodation
The ground floor is tiled throughout. The lounge has two sofas, and a wide screen TV. To the rear of the property there is a large kitchen/diner with seating for six and french doors onto an enclosed private patio garden. The fitted kitchen has granite work surfaces, a gas range cooker with electric ovens, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine.
First floor: there are three bedrooms: two doubles, and a single. All bedrooms have partial sea views. There is also a family bathroom with a three piece suite and a separate shower cubicle. There is a further double bedroom in the attic which boasts views across the bay and is accessed via a steep flight of stairs (which may not be suitable for the elderly or small children).
External: to the rear of the property is an enclosed patio garden.
Sleeps 7: 3 double, 1 single.
C/O day - Sat. Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. Garden with patio furniture. Cot, highchair and stairgate available. No pets. No smoking.
