A surprisingly spacious three bedroom cottage in the heart of Mumbles featuring a large kitchen and conservatory which opens onto a deck - ideal for al fresco dining. Within a very short stroll is the promenade and the attractions of Mumbles whilst Langland Bay is approximately fifteen to twenty minutes walk.
Accommodation: Entrance into open plan lounge with stairs leading to first floor and door to kitchen, conservatory and terrace. The lounge is comfortably furnished with soft seating, wood burning stove, TV and DVD. The kitchen has an island with two high stools, a range style cooker, an American style free standing fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dining table with six chairs. The kitchen opens into the conservatory which has further soft seating for six and patio doors leading onto the deck with steps up to the hard stand and storage space.
First floor: Upstairs there are three bedrooms: a king size bedroom to the front of the property, a twin in the middle and a further king size bedroom to the rear. The family bathroom has a white suite comprising of wash hand basin,WC, bath with shower attachment and a separate shower cubicle.
