This two bedroom holiday cottage provides extremely comfortable accommodation for four people in the heart of the village of Mumbles - the gateway to Gower. All the facilities of Mumbles are within easy walking distance (and on flat terrain). The property boasts its own parking space at the rear of the property (there are steps leading from the car parking space to the property).
Ground Floor: lounge/diner is comfortably furnished with two 2-seat leather sofa's, pine dining table and chairs for four people and occasional furniture. It also has a TV/DVD/Freeview and music centre. Double doors lead out to the rear patio and garden. Fully fitted kitchen has an electric oven and hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
First floor: two bedrooms - a double and a twin (the double room has a TV/video) Family bathroom with large corner bath and shower attachment, wash hand basin, WC and separate shower cubicle.
Sleeps 4 in 2 Bedrooms: 1 Double, 1 Twin. Duvets.
C/O day - Sat. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels provided. Off street parking. No pets. No smoking.
