This delightful two bedroom Fisherman's cottage sits in an elevated position in the old village with spectacular views over Swansea Bay. The cottage, which is comfortably appointed throughout, benefits from being in a quiet location, whilst the seafront and the amenities of Mumbles are only minutes away.
Accommodation: Ground floor: open plan lounge/diner with two sofas, TV/DVD/Video and portable CD player. The fitted kitchen has a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The family bathroom has a three piece suite with shower over the bath. First floor: two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The rear patio/deck is accessed from the kitchen lobby and boasts stunning views over Swansea Bay.
External: A long narrow garden leads to a deck with breathtaking views over the bay.
