A charming two bedroom holiday cottage in the heart of Mumbles Village - just behind the main shopping street of Newton Road, and next to Oystermouth Castle.
Ground floor: lounge with soft seating, TV and a stereo unit. Dining room (has stereo unit) with table and chairs. Well equipped fitted kitchen has electric cooker with extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Ground floor bathroom has three-piece suite with shower over the bath. Access to the garden, which has a parking bay to the rear (not suitable for large vehicles).
First floor: two bedrooms; one double and one with a bunk bed (double with single over) and an en suite WC with wash hand basin. The bunk bed room also has an airing cupboard housing the gas boiler.
Sleeps 5 in 2 Bedrooms: 1 Double, 1 Bunk Bed (double with single over).
C/O day - Fri. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels provided. Garden with barbecue and patio furniture. Off street parking. Pets accepted. No Smokers. High speed Broadband.
