A charming two bedroom holiday cottage in the heart of Mumbles Village conveniently situated just behind the main shopping street of Newton Road and next to Oystermouth Castle. There are several wine bars/restaurants and cafes within very easy reach. The promenade is a short stroll down Newton Road.
Accommodation: Ground floor: lounge with soft seating, TV and a stereo unit. Dining room (has stereo unit) with table and chairs. Well equipped fitted kitchen has electric cooker with extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Ground floor bathroom has three-piece suite with shower over the bath. Access to the garden, which has a parking bay to the rear (not suitable for large vehicles).
First floor: two bedrooms; one double and one with a bunk bed (double with single over) and an en suite WC with wash hand basin. The bunk bed room also has an airing cupboard housing the gas boiler.
External: there is a patio garden furniture leading to private off street parking space(limited access)
Sleeps 5: 1 double, 1 bunk (double with single over).
C/O day - Fri. Gas CH. Bed linen and towels provided. Wi-Fi. Garden with barbecue and patio furniture. Off street parking. Pets accepted. No Smoking.
