Situated in the old part of Mumbles Village on a hill, this quirky two bedroom Fisherman's cottage is very unusual in that it has many small flights of stairs leading into the various parts of its accommodation. An ideal base for exploring the Gower Peninsula.
Ground floor: sitting room with soft seating and dining area, TV & DVD. The fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Stairs to mezzanine floor: family bathroom, bath with hand shower and an electric shower over the bath, wash hand basin, separate WC and access to the garden. Stairs to first floor: one double bedroom and one single bedroom.
Outside the raised patio area has panoramic views over the village and across Swansea Bay.
Steep incline to access the cottage, and the steps and stairs within this property, make it unsuitable for young children or disabled people.
Sleeps 3 in 2 Bedrooms: 1 Double, 1 Single.
