Situated in the old part of Mumbles Village on a hill, this quirky two bedroom Fisherman's cottage is very unusual in that it has many small flights of stairs leading into the various parts of its accommodation. The cottage is comfortably appointed and makes an ideal base for exploring the Gower Peninsula.
Accommodation: Ground floor: sitting room with soft seating and dining area, TV & DVD. The fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Stairs to mezzanine floor: family bathroom, bath with shower over the bath, wash hand basin, separate WC and access to the garden. Stairs to first floor: one double bedroom and one single bedroom.
Steep incline to access the cottage, and the steps and stairs within this property, make it unsuitable for young children or disabled people.
External: To the rear of the cottage steps lead to a raised patio area featuring panoramic views over the village and across Swansea Bay.
Note: Due to the steep steps in the rear garden it may not be suitable for small children or people with limited mobility. Village Lane is on a hill - please enquire if you have any queries regarding access.
Sleeps 3: 1 double, 1 single
