A two bedroom seaside apartment in this modern block, overlooking Rotherslade Bay with lovely sea views. The amenities of Mumbles are half a mile away and Langland Bay with its superb beach is less than five minutes walk.
From its corner balcony position, this two bedroom second floor apartment has extensive views over Rotherslade Bay, Langland, and out to sea.
Accommodation: Open plan sitting room/diner/kitchen. The sitting room (with colour TV) has patio doors leading out onto the balcony, a fitted galley kitchen (which has a side window) and is equipped with a fridge, microwave, halogen hob, oven and extractor fan. Two twin bedrooms (one twin has a 3' single bed, and a 2' 6 single bed, the other has two 3' beds). The bathroom has a three piece suite with an electric shower over the bath.
C/O day - Sat. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels provided. Reserved parking for one car. No pets. No smoking.
