A stylish first floor, one bedroom, seaside apartment in an elevated position overlooking Rotherslade Bay. The apartment, which is only moments from the beaches at Rotherslade and Langland, has recently been refurbished with a new kitchen and shower room and brand new furnishings throughout.
Rotherslade Bay nestles between Langland Bay and the coastal path and is a popular swimming spot for locals. The promenade has a cafe and steps leading down to the beach - a mix of rock pools, sand and pebbles. Limeslade, Bracelet Bay and Mumbles Head are a pleasant stroll around the headland.
The restaurants/bars/cafes and boutiques in the centre of Mumbles can be reached within a 10 minute walk.
Accommodation: Open plan sitting room/dining and kitchen with patio doors onto the balcony with sea views. The newly fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob with double oven below, and a microwave. The sitting room and dining area has a dining table and four chairs, a three seater sofa, a two seater leather sofa, and a TV/DVD with Freeview. The hallway has a cupboard with hanging space. The bedroom has a double bed and two bedside cabinets. The fully tiled shower room has a shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.
