A second floor, one bedroom, seaside apartment overlooking Rotherslade Bay - only moments from the beach. The apartment is comfortably furnished and benefits from a sheltered balcony from which you can enjoy the beautiful sea views.
Rotherslade Bay nestles between Langland Bay and the coastal path and is a popular swimming spot for locals. The promenade has a popular cafe with steps leading down to the beach - a mix of rock pools, sand and pebbles. Limeslade, Bracelet Bay and Mumbles Head are a pleasant stroll around the headland.
Accommodation: Open plan sitting room/dining and kitchen with patio doors onto the balcony which features sea views. The kitchen has an electric hob with oven below, and a microwave. The sitting room and dining area has a dining table and four chairs, a three seater sofa, an armchair, occasional furniture and a TV/DVD. Double bedroom with wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Fully tiled shower room has a shower cubicle, basin and WC.
External: Sheltered balcony with patio furniture, landscaped communal garden.
