A newly refurbished ground floor, one bedroom, seaside apartment with beautiful ocean views - only moments from the sheltered cove of Rotherslade. The apartment benefits from a private patio which has direct access to a landscaped communal garden.
Rotherslade Bay nestles between Langland Bay and the coastal path and is a popular swimming spot for locals. The promenade has a cafe with steps leading down to the beach - a mix of rock pools, sand and pebbles. Limeslade, Bracelet Bay and Mumbles Head are a pleasant stroll around the headland.
Accommodation: Open plan sitting room/dining and kitchen with patio doors onto a private patio which features sea views. The newly fitted kitchen has an electric hob with oven below and a microwave. The sitting room and dining area has a dining table and four chairs, a corner sofa/bed, an armchair, occasional furniture a TV with freeview, DVD and an iPod docking station and radio. Double bedroom with wardrobe and bedside cabinets. Fully tiled shower room has a shower cubicle, basin and WC.
External: Terrace with beautiful sea views, patio furniture and steps leading to the communal landscaped garden.
