This well appointed Fisherman's cottage is situated in the old part of Mumbles Village. Halfway up a large flight of steps from the seafront, the Promenade, the Pier and the Lighthouse are on your doorstep, while the local beaches of Langland and Caswell are a short drive away.
Ground floor: lounge/dining room with TV/Video and DVD, dining table and chairs, fitted kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, larder fridge and washing machine. French doors open onto a paved rear patio. First floor: two bedrooms, one double and a twin bedroom to the rear. The double bedroom (to the front) has views over Swansea Bay. The bathroom has a three piece suite with a shower operated from the bath taps.
Sleeps 4 in 2 Bedrooms: 1 Double, 1 Twin
C/O day - Sat. Gas central heating. No bed linen (Duvets and pillows only). Pedestrian access only. Small rear patio with garden furniture. Pets accepted.
