A wonderful little fisherman's holiday cottage in the heart of Mumbles, very close to the seafront, with views over Swansea Bay. The cottage which has been extended to provide an extra bedroom and a cloakroom on the second floor, features a private second floor terrace which is accessed via a bridge and has wonderful views across the bay.
Ground Floor: Steps lead up to the front door which leads into the lounge/diner/kitchen, which is comfortably furnished with a sofa and easy chairs, a small window seat, TV/DVD, dining table with five chairs, and a padded alcove seat. The kitchen has a two ring hob and oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and washer/dryer.
First Floor: An open staircase leads from the lounge up to the first floor which has a double bedroom, a bunk bedroom and a cloakroom.
Second Floor: Staircase to a further double bedroom which has two easy chairs, and a TV. The shower room has a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC. Also on this level is a door onto a private bridge, which leads to a terrace with further sea views.
C/O Day - Sat. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels provided. Small patio to front with patio furniture. Rear terrace. 1 pet accepted. No smoking.
