Located in an attractive position close to Oystermouth Castle, this cosy three bedroom Victorian terraced cottage has beautiful views over Swansea Bay. It is close to the Promenade, and Mumbles Village is just a short walk away.
The rear garden has a raised deck with patio furniture where you can sit and enjoy the views across the bay.
Ground floor: the lounge/diner is comfortably furnished and has a TV, DVD and CD system, a dining table and chairs. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped and has a gas hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. The utility room has a washing machine.
On the first floor: Master bedroom has king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The twin bedroom has two 2' 6" single beds). The family shower room on the first floor has a large shower cubicle, wash hand basin and a WC. Second floor: twin bedroom (with some restricted headroom) TV and DVD player.
Sleeps 4/6 in 3 Bedrooms: 1 Double (king size), 2 Twins (1 with 2x 2' 6" beds).
C/O day - Sat. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels provided. Nine steps leading up to the property. Barbecue. Pets accepted. No smoking. Parking not available directly outside the property.
