The promenade that stretches from Mumbles Pier to Swansea Marina is only a one minute walk away. Mumbles and its' many restaurants, cafes and boutiques is a short stroll away and Gower is easily reached by car or bus. The property has off road parking for one vehicle.
Accommodation: Ground floor: Enter into light hallway which has a door into the kitchen, lounge/diner and downstairs WC. The fitted kitchen has an electric oven with 4 ring gas hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There is also a full width window which makes the room very light.
The lounge/diner comprises, dining table and chairs for four people, large l-shaped sofa, two arm chairs and occasional furniture. The TV/freeview is wall mounted. The rear of the lounge is a glass wall with doors onto the rear garden. The lounge also has access to the conservatory where there are two further easy chairs to sit and enjoy the view.
First floor: There are two bedrooms, both of which have zip and link beds (they can be twin or super king). The rear bedroom has views across the bay. There is also a family bathroom which has a corner whirlpool bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.
Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms: Zip and Link, both can be twin or super king
C/O day Sat (flex out of season), Bed linen and towels provided. Gas Central Heating, off road parking, No pets, No smoking
