Once the site of the Black Lion public house this detached holiday home is in the village of Overton, which sits on top of the hill that leads down to Port Eynon. Half a mile away is the small rocky cove of Overton Mere while all the South Gower beaches are within easy reach by car.
Ground floor: The lounge has an open working fireplace and is furnished with soft seating, and a Freeview digital TV with DVD player. The dining room has a table and chairs for five and a stone fireplace with an electric log effect fire. The fitted kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave, washing machine, table and chairs (the fridge/ freezer is in a small utility room). Ground floor bathroom has a shower over the bath and a wash hand basin. Separate WC.
First Floor: Two double bedrooms (both have views over Overton Green and Port Eynon) and a single.
C/O day - Sat. Gas central heating. Bed linen and towels provided. Large private rear garden with Summer House and a driveway with parking for two cars. (A garage is available for the storage of cycles etc.) Garden Furniture & BBQ. No smoking. No pets. Payphone in property accepting incoming calls.
